Aid trucks enter Gaza from Egypt through Rafah.

After days of negotiations between Israel, Egypt, the United States, and the United Nations, a glimmer of hope has emerged for the besieged enclave as twenty lorries carrying aid have started to enter. This comes as a much-needed relief for the residents as over 200 trucks await their turn to pass through the only border crossing not controlled by Israel.

The aid being delivered will address the urgent needs of the enclave’s population, which has faced severe shortages of essential supplies for an extended period. The cooperation between various international actors involved in these talks reflects a collective effort to alleviate the suffering of those living in the enclave and exemplifies the importance of multi-party diplomatic efforts in resolving complex humanitarian crises.
