The study comprised of analysing yields from not just one or a couple territories, but silver mines all across the globe. The analysis indicated that the top 10 silver producing companies collectively contributed to 57.1 Moz of silver in Q3 2023. This figure witnessed a slight dip from the previous year, as it shrank by a mere 1% against the 57.6 Moz recorded in Q3 2022.
The said contraction in output is marginal, yet it highlights the fluctuations in global silver production. The recorded profit wasn’t persistently plummeting over the course, nonetheless, the comparative decrease signals the inherent volatility of the precious metal mining sector.
