Will Ripple (XRP) Price Change After IPO Speculation?

The price of Ripple’s cryptocurrency, XRP, has been decreasing since July and recently dropped below the important support level of $0.53. This downward movement has been consistent, with the price reaching a low of $0.42 and breaking down from the $0.53 horizontal support area. Although there was a temporary rebound above $0.53, it failed to maintain that level, indicating a continuation of the decline.

Speculation about a potential Initial Public Offering (IPO) by Ripple has been sparked by a recent job posting for the position of “Shareholders Communication Senior Manager.” An IPO refers to the sale of a company’s stock to the public, marking a transition from private ownership to public ownership. This news comes in the wake of the departure of Ripple Labs CFO, Kristina Campbell, and just before the Ripple Swell conference, which will feature key speakers including Ripple Labs CEO, Brad Garlinghouse. The future recovery of the XRP price remains uncertain, with the weekly Relative Strength Index (RSI) supporting the ongoing downward trend.
